A free-wheeling adaptation of the Chinese classic in ten episodes.
A thousand years ago, in China, the souls of 108 knights were reborn to fight the tyranny and corruption of the Government. They lived by their wits and their swords in the marshy lands of the water margins of Lian Shan Po. A series of seven programmes

It was hot, dry, one for the record books. But there were other things to remember too.

Is Nikki Scott, aged 15, a lucky girl? For £1,500 a year her parents buy her a special and exclusive world - life at a girls' boarding school. Tudor Hall is set in beautiful, unspoilt countryside. There, Nikki is protected, happy, and secure. The world outside - from boys to social change - remains remote.

The last week of summer term is the climax of the school year and in this film we see what happens through Nikki's eyes as one way of life ends and another begins with her parents.
