for the BBC2 Trophy Castleford v
Hull Kingston Rovers
After winning the BBC2 Trophy for the first three years (1965-7), CASTLEFORD have not since reached the final. Malcolm Reilly 's return as captain/coach has helped to revitalise the club, and they will be a difficult side to defeat this year.
HULL KINGSTON ROVERS have, surprisingly, never reached the final, but with Roger Millward in fine form this season they have already defeated last year's Floodlit Finalists, Dewsbury.
Highlights of the first half and live coverage of the second half from Wheldon Road.

A series of seven programmes
It was hot, dry, one for the record books. But there were other things to remember too.
Herbie and June Harris and their children waited all year to go on holiday. But quite unexpectedly, Herbie lost his job: and Stephen, their eldest, left school and couldn't find work.
Despite their misfortunes, the Harris family were determined to go through with the holiday, rather than disappoint the boys and the other families going with them.
Tonight they tell their own story of this summer - how they coped with their problems, learnt the value of friends, and discovered the importance of making the best of things - away from it all.
