The series of programmes made by young people for young people. Tonight's programme comes from Bangor, North Wales.
' Wales has been invaded many times. Romans, Vikings, Normans -you name them, we've been overrun, battered and besieged by them.' The modern invaders are more in the form of caravans, second-home owners, pollution and nuclear power stations. Tonight the empire strikes back ... Music from
The Raincoats and Fay Ray and a clip from the controversial film The War Game.

A series of four programmes about the abuse of human rights throughout the world. Nelson Mandela
Nelson Mandela has been in prison in South Africa for the past 19 years.
From 1950 Mandela became increasingly important in African politics. Initially, he organised minor demonstrations against the apartheid laws but soon he was to be the organiser of a national ' stay at home'. He was finally arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment for conspiring to overthrow the South African government.
Despite the fact that he has been held incommunicado, he remains a powerful influence in South African politics and the leader the black population rally to in their campaign for equal rights. Reporter John Morgan Written by ALAN JANES
