Eddie Crane is a composer in search of a lyricist. By chance he discovers that his girlfriend, Dixie, can write a nifty rhyme and together they ' write ' You'll never know', ' Your words and my music' and ' Lady be good'. (You could do it too!)
An Open Door programme made by the Lewisham Self Build Housing Association.
' Real people with real housing needs and interests need individual solutions. Councils can't do this ... There are plenty of people make their own clothes without too much difficulty so we thought people ought to be able to make their own houses too.'
A public access programme made with the help of the COMMUNITY programme UNIT

When Alger Hiss, a distinguished lawyer and Washington socialite, was accused in 1948 of espionage and perjury, the shock waves went right across America. The case, brought almost single-handedly by the ambitious, young Richard Nixon , became a long-running spy mystery of extraordinary complexity with ' evidence' appearing in astonishing places - and disappearing just as strangely.
Using material obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, law professor John Lowenthal has attempted to unravel the mystery; assembling all the evidence now available as well as putting the case in its historical context and interviewing surviving participants of the trial. The result is an engrossing - and enigmatic - picture of modern American history.
