Tonight's documentary examines the possible effects of working overtime and the potentially fatal errors that can occur when employees are forced to work long hours.
The European Union is eagerto regulate workingtime and to protect workers'rights by limiting the working week to a maximum of 48 hours. But this is one of the latest issues on which
Britain's govern mentis not in agreement with its European partners.
