Former World Champion NIKI LAUDA won handsomely in South Africa last time out, to serve notice on ALAIN PROST that the Frenchman will have strong competition for this year's coveted world crown.
McLaren team-mates Prost and Lauda are first and second in the championship table as they go into today's race at Zolder, and Prost will remember that he won the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa last year.

Summers are spent in a hut on Tory, a remote and windswept island 12 miles offshore in the Atlantic. Derek Hill is closely associated with the fortunes of Tory and with the work of its primitive painters.
