with Jools Holland.
Hit or miss? One of the original pop shows of the 60s is back tonight with Jools Holland in the chair. For those of you too young to remember the format, Jools will discuss the week's new singles with four diverse panellists who pronounce the judgment 'hit' or 'miss'.
In the case of a split decision, three members of the audience will decide whether the record 'makes it' or not.
A mystery guest adds intrigue. This week's guest panellists include Julian Clary and Isaac Hayes.
Second of twoprogrammes Adventure: The Climbers Tonight, two contrasting climbs - and not a snowflake in either of them.
First, on the small island of Foula, the most remote of the Shetlands, is the highest sea-cliff in Britain - the unclimbed 1,300ft Kame.
Seventeen-year-old
Abigail Mann , a keen but inexperienced climber, heard about the Kame; in three months she put together an expedition of some of the best climbers in the country.
Second, Catherine Destivelle , one of the fastest freestyle climbers in the world, relies on perfect co-ordination and her steely finger-tips as she defies gravity on a wind-swept Saharan rock-face.
Far below, the local people watch in amazement.
First shown earlier in the year, this film has aroused considerable interest. Film editor BRYCE CLAYTON Producers SID PEROU and TIM SLESSOR

Second of six programmes.
Germaine Greer has described Paula Rego's power as 'undeniably, obviously, triumphantly female'.
'These paintings ... set the nerves deliciously and disturbingly on edge', wrote William Packer.
Her work has always been powerful and has contained 'secrets', but it has seen many changes; the methods have ranged from drawing, through collage to painting. Her characters have moved from primitive cyphers to a cast of boisterous animals and, more recently, young girls in strange, sometimes threatening interiors.
In The Artist's Eye,Ã Paula Rego looks back on the work of 35 years, revealing the enthusiasms and events that have helped shape what she calls 'the story of my life in images'.
