Back in 1967 a wave of revolutionary hysteria hit Hong Kong. Riots and demonstrations threatened a total breakdown of law and order in the Colony. The troubles were contained by a well-disciplined police force that rose to the occasion in exemplary manner. It was undoubtedly the Royal Hong Kong Police Force's finest hour.

Robinson plays the leading role of Wilson, a detective determined to track down a notorious Nazi war criminal. A former aide of the man is permitted to escape and Wilson follows him to America. The trail leads to a sleepy Connecticut town.
