The fifth of a series of six films about sixth-formers. Lucy Welfare
King Edward Vlth School, Morpeth LUCY WELFARE is an extrovert, attractive 16-year-old who loves country life. She lives with her mother, a social worker, in the pretty Northumbrian village of Rothbury, and travels many miles each day to school at a large comprehensive in the market town of Morpeth.
This year Lucy is Rothbury's Carnival Queen and she throws herself into the role with an enthusiasm characteristic of everything she does.
