For thousands of years men have been obsessed by the dream of flight. The coming of the aeroplane, jet-power, even the giant rockets, have only partially satisfied that dream. There are still men who want to fly with their own wings, and under their own power - and some of them at least look as though they will soon achieve it.
Wings for a Man is about the men and the machines who are at last turning the dream of man-powered flight into reality.
