Lock Keepers. In the last of the series, Jennifer Paterson and Clarissa Dickson Wright visit the Llangollen Canal in North Wales to cook for the lock keepers. They prepare a rice and vegetable meal from America's Deep South, plus a dish meant to include woodcocks but improvised with pigeons, and an apple cake originating from the Quercy region of France. The ladies will return later this year with a Christmas special.
