'A woman should stop at home and look after her family. You can't expect her to go out and build a house or go out with machines and dig the road.'
That's the controversial view of 96-year-old Rose Ashton who began work as a domestic servant in 1905. Rose, her daughter, grand-daughter and great grand-daughter help tell the story of women at work from that time to this.
When Rose started work there were few jobs women were allowed to do and married women were not expected to work at all.
