Tomb of the Lost King
In 1977, a Greek archaeologist announced that he had found a series of rich and mysterious Royal Tombs buried in the shadow of Mount Olympus. Behind that statement lay a story of detective work which finally led Manolis Andronicos not only to the Royal Tombs but to the lost city of Aegae.
What startled archaeologists was his claim that one of the tombs belonged to Philip of Macedon - one of the most famous of all Greek warriors. Narrated by Andrew Faulds. Written and produced by ROY DAVIES Editor BRUCE NORMAN
