After their scintillating victory over England at Cardiff Arms Park it would seem that the current Welsh side possess the ability and talent to beat any team in the world; but the Scots have shown in their most recent matches that the lessons of modern Rugby thinking are not unknown 'north of the Border.'

The second of two film reports by Trevor Philpott on the changing face of Dr Barnardo's.

Dr Barnardo's is known for its nationwide network of orphanages. But the image is out of date. Today unwanted babies are not abandoned on doorsteps: healthy white babies are quickly snapped up by eager foster-parents. The ones left in Barnardo's care are largely those handicapped in body or mind or spirit, children who are difficult to look upon and difficult to live with, the children who are 'The Hardest to Love.'
This report is about such children and the people who dedicate their lives to giving even the most hopeless and unlovable some place where they can feel safe, that they can call home.
