Susan Hayward takes over the role created by Bette Davis in this new version of "Dark Victory." She plays Laura Pember, an American divorcee living in Britain, who is dying of a brain tumour. Michael Craig plays the doctor who diagnoses her condition and with whom she finds the 'stolen hours' of happiness.
