Frank Bough, Selina Scott and Nick Ross invite you to wake up with Britain's first breakfast television programme.
Every weekday morning in the Breakfast Time studio they talk to the stars and personalities making the day's news.
The programme will be relaxed and informal, but news both national and local, current affairs, sport, weather and traffic information will all be essential ingredients in the breakfast menu - which will be repeated regularly to fit in with your morning timetable.
On every hour and half-hour Debbie Rix will bring you the news that has developed overnight.
At quarter-past and quarter-to the hour your own regional studios nationwide report the local news, traffic and weather for your area.
The national weather comes regularly from Breakfast Time's own weatherman, Francis Wilson, who will make his forecast for the day with the help of advanced new animating colour satellite pictures.
David Icke reports with the latest sports news and pictures.
Plus the regular Breakfast Time features: Diana Moran, 'The Green Goddess', sets off on her mission to get Britain fit; Russell Grant, astrologer extraordinary, predicts the day ahead; and Chris Wilson contributes with his gossip column of the air. And this first week Britain at Breakfast, a series of live outside broadcasts which visit parts of Britain where the day's work has long since started.
