Continuing the look back at the training of the medical students first seen in Doctors to Be.

For some of the new doctors, including John, whose marriage is cracking under the strain of studying and separation, working up to hours on the wards every week in an atmosphere of constant pressure is proving too much to handle. As the burden mounts, both patients and the doctors' partners begin to suffer.
