The Italian chef continues his culinary exploration through the south of his homeland.
Sicily. Carluccio becomes part of the crew searching for octopus on a moonlit fishing trip. He puts the ensuing catch to good use in a dish with wine and chilli and served with pasta.
He visits one of the oldest companies producing marsala and incorporates it in a southern speciality with lamb, garlic and local wild fennel, plus pasta with artichokes, beans and peas.
