The series of classic rock documentaries continues with an Arena profile from 1981 of Gary Glitter , whose hits include Rock and Roll, I'm the Leader of the Gang (I Am), I Love You Love Me Love and Do You Wanna Touch Me? (Oh Yeah). The film follows Glitter as he stages a comeback from a retirement which he began as a millionaire in Sussex and ended penniless in Earl's Court. Yet, as events prove, the man who seemed to be just another rock casualty returns in triumph, welcomed back by a new generation of fans for whom he is now an idol.
