Every four years the oldest of the Scottish clans, the Clan
Gunn, forms an international gathering in its founding town of Wick.
This gathering, held in 1985, was special in that the members - some of whom had travelled from America, Canada and Australia - would, for the first time in 150 years, choose a clan chief. This fascinating documentary looks at the process and the Gunn's 'sense of belonging'. Narrated by Gordon Jackson Produced and directed by GEORGE SHEPHERD

Fifty years ago, BELA BARTOK and his wife DITTA PASZTORY gave the first performance of his Sonata for Two Pianos and Percussion in Budapest. Hungarian-born conductor
Sir Georg Solti , then 25 years old, turned the pages for Mrs Bartok as she played. Half a century later, in his first filmed performance as a pianist, Sir Georg, American virtuoso Murray Perahia and British percussionists Evelyn Glennie and David Corkhill produce a historic recording of this
20th-century masterwork at the Maltings Concert Hall near Aldeburgh.
The film observes the musicians at work during the marathon CBS recording sessions, interspersed with Sir Georg's reminiscences of his former teacher, and concludes with a performance of the complete work. Executive producers
