World champion freediver Tanya Streeter visits the Bahamas in search of wild dolphins to fulfil a lifelong dream. She spends a week with Dr Denise Herzing , who has studied the creatures for more than 20 years, but her initial dives do not go well, prompting personal misgivings, guilt and long-held fears to resurface.

Fergus O'Brien 's documentary - a spin-off from the BBC series - follows the trials and triumphs of husband-and-wife entrepreneurs John and Ann Armstrong as they run their Coventry double glazing company. The pair display the ambition and drive to make their business a real success, but their sales team will require serious motivation if they are to make the dream a reality.
