Glasgow v South of Scotland
The holders of the Scottish District Championship, South, must consider this match against Glasgow as the most critical. Glasgow led by Ian Mclauchlan will have high hopes after giving the recent All Blacks their hardest match in Scotland. South, however, have ten internationals available for selection; with Keith Robertson and Jim Renwick in the centre they will be a formidable attacking force.
