Ever since 1888, when the first British Isles Rugby Union team toured Australasia, the Lions have roared around the world.
In 1890, one of the most exclusive sporting clubs in the world was formed -The Barbarians - team without a ground or a subscription; membership by invitation only.

On Saturday at Twickenham, the British Lions play the 'Baa-Baas' in a unique Jubilee Test Match in front of HRH The Prince of Wales. In tonight's programme, former Lion and Barbarian Cliff Morgan reflects on great moments from rugby history.

1948: and the first Barbarian match against a touring side.
1955: and victory to the Lions in South Africa by the odd point in 45.
1959: and defeat by the boot of Don Clarke.
1973: and perhaps the greatest Rugby Union match ever played.

These are just some of the memorable moments in a pot-pourri of rugby nostalgia.
