1: The American Trail
Canterbury, Chartwell, Windsor and two ways of eating out in London, with a group of Americans. Last year ten million overseas tourists came to Britain. Like most of them, these Americans stayed in London and took day-trips by coach.
In future programmes JOHNNY MORRIS travels outside London with parties of Spaniards, Italians, Dutch, Germans and French.
