Trevor Philpott reports.
This summer British hospitals have been turned into industrial battlefields. The unthinkable happened. Vital members of the medical teams, technicians, radiographers, even nurses have refused to attend the sick in order to man picket lines and stage lightning strikes. Within a fortnight. the Halsbury Report is to be published, and has promised to end 30 years of neglect.
For two months Trevor Philpott and his team have been filming at one of Britain's most famous teaching hospitals. Crisis at Guy's is the first of four reports.

' So there we have it. Ireland's number one male singer, number one female singer, and top band ... Nevada! '
All the Best Years of my Life
Tonight's film is the first of three that goes on the road with groups of successful musicians, actors and acrobats.
The fact that Nevada regularly top the Irish charts and pack every dance hall from Bantry to Ballymena does not mean thev have the easiest of lives. Their fame is rooted in the hard grind of rehearsal, travel, performance. Five days a week they cross and recross Ireland, North and South, always expected to give cheerfully of their best. The Entertainers follows them through a typical week.
