Michael Caine , Ben Kingsley Sherlock Holmes is the world's greatest detective, and nobody knows this better than the man who created him - Dr Watson.
Forin reality, the doctor is the master sleuth and Holmes merely the fictional front, impersonated by clueless actor Reginald Kincaid. Watson finally falls out with his inept colleague and fires him, but when the Treasury's printing plate forthe five pound note is stolen, the mismatched duo team up again.
