Sometimes the traumas in Holby City's A&E department are a little too close to home. So far this series Kate has been widowed; Charlie and Baz's baby has suspected epilepsy and they have learnt that their nanny has Munchausen syndrome by proxy; Richard found out he had MS; then last week Josh lost his entire family in a gas explosion. So it is a relief to know that tonight's episode offers a brief respite. However, Josh is still in shock: "It's like he's holding everything in," his partner Liz tells Baz, "He has nightmares. I hear him."
