David Bellamy presents a series that looks at the healing properties of plants.

In remote corner of Wales, Bellamy discovers a tradition of herbal healing with links to the romantic legend of the Lady of the Lake. In the woods and wetlands around the village of Mydawi, he discovers many of the plant materials that the ancient physicians used, including willow bark and pine tree resin, and he meets two people who swear by time-hallowed tonics.
A modern herbalist re-creates one of the historic recipes.
