At the beginning of September Paul McCartney releases Press to Play, his 15th album since the Beatles broke up in 1970. During a recent interview with Richard Skinner in Abbey Road Studios, London, Paul talked in detail about his hugely successful career as a composer, performer and recording artist since the Beatles split. The interview also includes rarely-seen archive footage of McCartney and Wings in performance and otherwise unseen film of the Beatles at work in Studio 2, Abbey Road, in the early 60s.

September 1944. US majui Reisman, about to be courtmartialled for insubordination, is offered a dangerous alternative - to go behind enemy lines and execute a high-ranking German officer.
As on his last mission, three years before, Reisman must take as his team 12 undisciplined, ruthless, convicted GIs sentenced to death or years of hard labour. A Spanish Evening
Infectious rhythms, sweeping melodies and glittering instrumental colours - the hallmarks of Spanish music - are in abundance in tonight's trilogy of Iberian show-pieces played by the Philharmonia Orchestra leader PETER THOMAS conducted by Serge Baudo with solo Alicia de Larrocha pianist in the impressionistic Nights in the Garden of Spain by Manuel de Falla.
The concert opens with the perfect Spanish picture-postcard, Espana by Emmanuel Chabrier , and ends with more music by Falla: the two suites from his ballet The Three-Cornered Hat.
