Weather followed by Energy for Life?
Marie Macdonald has a new electricity meter. She ought to be very pleased with it - it works on a card instead of 50p pieces, so it won't get broken in to as her old one was - twice. But Marie is in debt to the Electricity Board. The meter knows this, so it won't give her any power for cooking, heating or lighting until she's repaid her week's debt - at a rate she says she cannot afford.
Michael Robinson investigates the power behind the new debt-collecting technology, and the struggle to keep the meter fed.

Autumn on Lough Erne
Lough Erne Yacht Club in Northern Ireland is a place where tradition is strong. But though the club has a fleet of one of the oldest 'one-designs' - the 'Fairies' - it also keeps up to date with a flotilla of modern fin-keeled racing cruisers, the 'J24s'.
At a recent autumn regatta, both classes took part in races on Lough Erne, the largest inland waterway in Europe. This film portrays one of Ireland's oldest yacht clubs.
