The feature film starring Fred MacMurray Vera Ralston

The 19th-century trade routes form the background for this spectacular adventure of two men conflicting over a fabulous hoard of diamonds: Captain Boll, a sea captain, and Pulo Besar, a notorious pirate. Discovering the diamonds' location on the volcanic island of Karakatau from a beautiful Javanese girl, Boll is captured by Besar, but escapes and chases the pirate. Bugging in Six Easy Lessons
Chris Serle sets out to investigate the bugging game.
In a top floor office of a skyscraper two men are having a secret conversation. From the skyscraper across the street a snooper directs a special laser on to the office window, picking up the tiny movements in the glass every time one of them speaks. Futuristic equipment turns these movements into minute electric signals. Eventually it is decoded back into sound.'
Fact or fantasy? Don't ask the people in the bugging business. They've become so confused between real life and Hollywood they no longer know which is which.

City of the Dead
Nearly 5,000 years ago along the banks of the River Indus, now in Pakistan, a great city arose at Mohenjodaro. Discovered early this century it has proved to be the centre of one of the great civilisations of the world.
This mysterious culture disappeared before 1800 BC leaving only traces of how the people had lived. They had an apparently well-organised system, with straight streets and sophisticated drainage and they left behind small sealstones with still undeciphered writing.
Professor Colin Renfrew takes the Chronicle cameras around the site, looks at the clues that have been excavated and tells the story of what has so far been discovered of this enigmatic society.
