New Zealander Glenn Turner , Younis Ahmed , Phil Neale and Alan Ormrod all scored over 1,000 runs last season, and the addition of Hartley Alleyne to back fellow Barbadian Vanburn Holder has strengthened the Worcestershire attack.

A series of four programmes 3: Making the World Go Round
Presented by Michel Peissel
In the Tibetan Kingdom of Zanskar there is no word for technology. To them, machines were invented to grind corn, or to make incense -not to make money. Yet the technology is there - to irrigate their high-altitude desert valley, to build their houses, to get gold from the rivers, to cure their horses, trap the wolves, and to extract the dyes, medicines and insecticides from the many plants that grow in the short summer.
