Round 1, Game 3: Larsen v Donner
' Well, Donner believes very much in the strength of the two bishops. He says he can never lose when he's a pawn down with two bishops ... but that's sheer nonsense,' says BENT LARSEN (Denmark), himself four times world title candidate, whose aggressive and imaginative style of play thrills chess fans all over the world. He clashes with JAN HEIN
DONNER, many times Dutch champion, and one of the great wits of the game.

The sixth in a series of nine documentary films about the Bolton Area Health Authority. Industrial Action
When management decided not to replace a retired gardener, they collided with NUPE stalwart Emily Young , union branch secretary, who is very suspicious of her employer's moves to cut down on staff. With a dedicated disregard for anything but the interests of her members, she brings about a lightning sit-in of a gardener, a porter, and their youthful helper. The sitters-in are conscience-smitten. Who will bring the geriatrics their meals? But duty to geriatrics withers before Emily's indignation. The men agree to sit it out and leave all the talking to Emily, and Emily is only too happy to do that.

But one of the constant themes in pictures big and small has been the political struggle of Left and Right: fascism still seems everybody's favourite subject.
