Wigan (blue Jerseys) v. Leigh (cherry and white hoops)
These two teams are great rivals. Both come from the same part of Lancashire, and already this season have had tremendous clashes. Wigan, led by Eric Ashton, as manager-player-coach, come up against Leigh who are led by Alex Murphy, also manager-player-coach. Both have played many times for Great Britain. This match should be one of the highlights of the whole BBC-2 Floodlit Rugby League series.
