By David Greig.
This play, set on an island off the west coast of Scotland before the Second World War, concerns two young graduates sent there by the Ministry of Agriculture. The island's custodian and his niece are the men's only companions and, as they learn that their mission is to pave the way for the destruction of the island's habitat, events become darkly surreal and broodingly erotic.
