Israel Accused. For 15 years, thousands of Lebanese citizens were held in Khiam prison in the Lebanon. Men, women and children were detained without charges and without trial. Israel has always denied responsibility for the prison. Edward Stourton 's film, first broadcast in November, was the first investigation into what actually happened in the years when Khiam was hidden from the outside world. (R) (S)
