Darren Mullen and Matthew Plested start work at a company which is aiming to redesign British Telecom's telephones. It is a steep learning curve: Mullen struggles to work with the latest computer-aided-design packages, while Plested needs to improve his presentation skills. But their moods lift when their ideas are transformed into tangible products.
