Latest in the line of radio-to-television transfers is this topical talk show, best described as a cross between Question Time and Whose Line Is It Anyway? After two series on Radio 4, Loose Talk joins BBC2's Friday-night talk show line-up
(US chat-satire "The Larry Sanders Show" follows, and next week both will be joined by a new series from the legendary Alan Partridge).

Resident host Kevin Day takes Loose Talk to a different location each week, letting a panel of four comedians loose on the week's news with questions and comment from the audience. Guests on tonight's show from the Charter Hall, Colchester, include regular panellist Jeremy Hardy and Mark Steel.
