Q.E.D. went to Kunming in southern China to find out - and got many surprises. Some of the treatments - like moxibustion - are certainly strange, but the Chinese could have something to teach us about medical care.

Strange happenings greet Dr Richard H. Thorndyke on his appointment as head of The Psycho-Neurotic Institute for the Very, Very Nervous. The staff seem to have distinctly weird habits and Thorndyke finds his own neuroses increasing as he struggles with a plot against him and some very familiar incidents involving showers, birds, cool blondes and dizzy heights... Dedicated to the 'Master of Suspense' this affectionate parody of Hitchcock features a hilarious performance from Brooks himself as the psychiatrist with more problems than his patients.
