Island of the Mountain Duck
Fighting ducks, curious quokkas and an abundance of ospreys share an island world of salt lakes, pounding seas and relentless sun. Rottnest Island off Australia's west coast was home for ten years to scientist Tom Riggert and his family as he worked to unravel the extraordinary secret life of one of the world's most aggressive ducks - the Australian shelduck, or mountain duck.
Born deep in caves, the ducklings face a formidable journey through raging surf to reach inland feeding grounds.

M. Andretti (US) - Lotus 18
C. Reutemann (Arg) - Ferrari 18
R. Peterson (Swe) - Lotus 14
