The Camphill Village Trust was born out of sixteen years' work and experience with mentally handicapped children. It is an attempt to create communities where, as adults, the mentally handicapped can lead a full and productive life. Tonight's film looks at one such community-Botton Village in Yorkshire.
Ben is blind but helps in the bakery and is in charge of the oven. He also looks after the bakery accounts, using a system devised by himself.

At twenty-four, Emily's score was one affair, many engagements, and an embittered heart when she settled for Brevoort Blair - the catch of the year.
A quarter of a million dollars' worth of gifts poured in. A thousand guests crowded the church. The music began. But no bride came down the aisle, for Emily had left for Europe to find her destiny...
