How to live with animals and look after them.
Introduced by Di Fisher.

The first Siamese cats were brought to Britain from Bangkok eighty-four years ago. Since then their pride of place in the cat world has never been challenged. What explains their lasting appeal? Are Siamese more responsive to people than other cats are? Are they more destructive in the home?
Owners and breeders look for some of the answers at the Siamese Cat Association's Championship Show in the Floral Hall, Eastbourne. (Colour)

When Penny Goodwin shoots her husband in cold blood, there appears to be no motive. This is the most difficult and at the same time the easiest of murders to deal with. Penny Goodwin has murdered her husband - that is a clear fact. Why she has killed him is far from clear. When Hardy starts an investigation for the defence, he uncovers a most ingenious plot which even Chief Inspector Fleming will not believe.
