The Director General, the Legal Officer, the Chief Medical Officer, a colonel, a building contractor, and a financier get together over a sumptuous dinner to try to solve the housing problems of the waiting masses. Meanwhile, under the table, at least two members of the waiting masses have temporarily solved their housing problem...
