An audio field-diary investigation into the history of radio enthusiasts and short-wave hobbyists recorded and assembled by David Ellis. Ellis follows the trail of one particular operator who was a teenager in 1957 when he exchanged cards with other hams to acknowledge the reception and sending of transmissions. Music by Richard Kilgour with additional material by Jo Thomas.
