Summer Fish and Shellfish. Fish is simple to prepare and ideal for a light lunch. Using crabs fresh from the Norfolk coast, Delia prepares a salad with a herb-and-caper vinaigrette, and rosti crab cakes served with pickled limes. There's also a recipe for prawns marinated in a hot-and-sour sauce. Repeat Stereo

Cooks Paul and Jeanne Rankin meetguest chef Nick Price in Belfast. He creates a special dish with warm oysters and a salsa dressing that blends cajun and local themes. The Rankins enlarge on the American theme in their own kitchen by making a spicy chillijam, fresh crab cakes, chicken saute with Asian spices, and crispy noodle pancakes. They also fit in the time to see the brighter side of Belfast with comedian Paddy Keilty.

Invisibility, telepathy, limitless energy and antigravity are four of science fiction's oldest concepts - and, seemingly, four of its least plausible.

But scientists around the world are re-examining these phenomena: the reality of invisibility could be under 20 years away; the US Air Force is investigating antigravity; the secret services have studied telepathy; and a physicist has pioneered an experiment producing more energy than it consumes.
