The series in which well-known people reveal how they coped with losing their health.
When Def Leppard's drummer Rick Allen lost his left arm in a horrific car crash it seemed that his musical career was finished.
But within weeks he was struggling to play again with the aid of his feet, and against all odds he is now ranked among the rock world's top drummers. He tells Lynn Redgrave how he has coped with the emotional trauma of losing a limb; his wife and members of the band add personal details to his extraordinary story. He avoids technological gadgetry and prefers to do everything unaided with just his feet and his one good arm.
Rick Allen 's attitude is wonderfully positive: "You see your body bent out of shape and you think: why should it happen to me? But I've been fortunate because now I like my physical appearance - I'm really streamlined!"

Live coverage interspersed with highlights of today's action at the Weltklasse meeting in Zurich. Olympic heroes and also-rans converge on Zurich for one of the biggest Grand
Prix meetings of the season. It is the first major athletics event since Barcelona and, with the serious business of chasing
Olympic medals out of the way, thoughts will turn to world record attempts. Sebastian Coe set two of his world records in Zurich - the 1500m in 1979 and the mile in 1981. In recent seasons, Americans Butch
Reynolds and Roger Kingdom have broken world records here in the 400m and 110m hurdles respectively. Last year Zambia's Samuel Matete set a Commonwealth record in the 400m hurdles and went on to be crowned World Champion. Commentary by David Coleman , Stuart Storey and Paul Dickenson.
