Richard Seabrook 's surest earnings have been from shearing sheep on contract. The gangs he has got together have become part of the folklore of East Anglia. For eight weeks they work all the hours of daylight, visit 100 farms, shear 20,000 sheep and make between them a total of around £9,000.

Tessa has known the downs as well as the ups of athletics. She talks to Cliff about her disappointment at the Moscow Olympics as well as her triumph in Los Angeles: 'I think God knows how much I wanted to win.'
Tessa's choice of music is sung in Leeds Parish Church and includes 'Just as I am', 'One day at a time' and 'Bind us together'.
