Cliff Michelmore travels to Leeds to meet Tessa Sanderson the Olympic gold medallist for the javelin, who is now preparing to compete in the Commonwealth Games.
Tessa has known the downs as well as the ups of athletics. She talks to Cliff about her disappointment at the Moscow Olympics as well as her triumph in Los Angeles: 'I think God knows how much I wanted to win.'
Tessa's choice of music is sung in Leeds Parish Church and includes 'Just as I am', 'One day at a time' and 'Bind us together'.
It is performed by the MERRYBELL GOSPEL CHOIR, the GOSPEL MESSENGERS and the young people of Bridge Street
