All over the world people believe they can contact the dead. More remarkably, evidence is being offered that composers and other creative personalities of the past are still at work.
In this documentary Hugh Burnett meets three people who are certain they are in touch with dead musicians. Rosemary Brown claims a large variety of contacts and John Lill , the distinguished concert pianist, explains his own experiences.
Clifford Enticknap has actually recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra and the Ambrosian Singers part of a new oratorio which he says has come through from Handel.
'It's all to do with cleaning a window' says John Lill , referring to Rosemary Brown , 'and some windows are cleaner than others'.

Introduced by Desmond Lynam
Team Show Jumping Final from Santa Anita Park. Britain's young team of riders try to improve on a disappointing record in recent Games.
Not since 1952 when the popular Fox-hunter and Lt-Col Harry Llewellyn were in the winning team, have our riders won the gold medal. Indeed there has been no team medal of any kind since 1956.
Teams of four riders have two rounds each, with the best three scored from each round added together. In the event of a tie on faults, there is a jump-off.
