The Final
Bridgend v Glenrothes A WALES V SCOTLAND Sportstown Final
Bridgend, after their sensational victory last week, are determined that this week the trophy will be won before they face the unpredictable outcome of the ' Skills Relay.'
Glenrothes, however, have proved too powerful for both Cumbernauld and Eston in the early rounds and victory would be ' the sweeter' in Welsh territory.
The Sports Council's Sportstown trophy will be presented to the winning captain by Alan Pascoe , the European and Commonwealth Games hurdles gold medallist. Introduced by David Vine and Ron Pickering
